Founded in 2025, ResetBalance is an electrolyte powder designed for fasting but which is also suitable as a general purpose electrolyte powder that can be consumed all day.
I first started fasting in 2010 and have 15 years experience of fasting for weight loss and healing.
In 2008, aged 35, I had caused severe damage to my body with alcohol, but at age 37 I started my healing journey with fasting.
Since then I have healed my lungs, kidneys, lymph nodes, skin, joints and more.
To give an example of what I was able to do with fasting, in 2012 I still felt like an unwell 80 year old (but I didn’t know it was my lungs making me feel that way), but then on a fast my lungs healed, and so after the fast I felt like I had the respiratory system of a 12 year old again, it was literally like having a lung transplant!
In 2023 I was made redundant from my IT job and I decided to try a career change and start a business around my knowledge of fasting and health.
In 2024 I formulated my own electrolyte powder for fasting as I didn’t feel there was an existing product that was suitable. There were very few products for fasting available and the ones that did exist had too much sodium and not enough potassium.
