The U.S FDA doesn’t explicitly state a ratio of electrolytes, but one can be calculated on the above values :
- 4700 (Potassium) divided by 2300 (Sodium) = 2:1 (Potassium:Sodium)
- 2300 (Sodium) divided by 420 (Magnesium) = 1:0.18 (Sodium:Magnesium)
ResetBalance 2:1 powder contains the exact same ratio as above, which means you can always take your electrolytes in the same ratio as recommended by the U.S FDA.
